Scott made this very delicious fresh tomato salsa from ingredients purchased at the State Farmers Market. Delish!
Level of Difficulty: Emily
Fresh Tomato Salsa
2-3 medium vine ripened tomatoes finely diced
1/2 red onion finely diced
1 jalapeño pepper finely diced (seeds, ribs, stems removed)
1 serrano pepper finely diced (seeds, ribs, stems removed)
Juice of one lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix and refrigerate for one hour, then serve.

That looks really yummy. What nice dishes it was served in. Wherever did you get them?
A great fairy princess dropped out of the sky and left them on my table one day. Then there were rainbows and pink, sparkly dust floating all around my kitchen, and there was peace throughout the land, and we ate fresh tomato salsa.
Ya'll crack me up with your comments. That makes me want to make fresh salsa now and use pretty dishes.
