Paris Hilton Wants to Compliment Me with a Toothbrush and Shower Cap

We're off to spend time with my family for YEAGLEY MEGA BLOWOUT CHRISTMAS AT THE BEACH 2008, Portland Edition. Cousin Liz and baby Leah came to take us to the airport and our cat made it clear he wasn't going to miss us. We'll expect him to start missing us by tomorrow when he realizes only Cousin Liz loves him.

Our plane got stuck in Philly for more than an hour and a half prior to picking us up, making us late for our connecting flight in Vegas. So Southwest put us up at the Double Tree not anywhere near the strip.

Good -- no bright lights and dirty girly fliers. Bad -- the only dinner choice was an Applebees's, which I can no longer eat at. Man am I hungry. On the bright side, there was a placard in our hotel from the Hilton family telling us that they care about us and had complimentary toothbrushes and stuff at the desk. Thanks Paris, thanks.

Having just been to your parent's fair city, I'm excited for your trip! And Christmas at the beach sounds like a great idea.

Sorry about Applebee's though. It's even gross for those without dietary restrictions.

Yay for Paris!

Almost any vacation sounds nice to me. But to visit with family AND Christmas (in August) sounds FABULOUS.

Sorry about the flight issues and really sorry about being hungry.

I just want you to know that Paris has made it more than clear that she exists completely separately from her parents fortune. She makes her own money and has her own business dealings. So if you got something really hot, you could thank Paris. Shower caps and toothbrushes? That would be Kathy and Richard.

P.S. this post stressed me out thinking how hungry you must be. (mommy mode) Is there at least some fruit around? lol.

The most sad part to me was that you were in philly with not enough time to run downtown to Pat's/Geno's for some cheesesteaks, and also that if you did have time, you can't eat there. I'm almost crying I feel so bad for you. Or maybe it's the pregnancy.
